Protein pancake

Now this guy here is my favorite thing to make, eat always. This one was for dinner the other day.

All you need to do to make this is to mix 1 scoop of protein powder (this one is from Whey isolate) with 1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate and an egg. make a nice runny paste out of it. It needs to be runny, so add a bit of water if it’s not runny enough. Spread the mass out onto a pan and cook it, turn it around after a few minutes.

When it’s ready put some natural yogurt on top and some berries, maybe some cinnamon to finish it off. You can also spread peanut butter on it if you’re not dieting.

Trust me, it will be the best pancake ever….
